The 2018 NZCBIA Annual Summit and New Zealand International Property and Construction Expo will open in Auckland, running from 27 July to 29.
This is a feast for industry professionals. If you plan to enter New Zealand’s property and construction market and want to connect directly with local developers, designers, suppliers, contractors and other project specialists, particularly within the Chinese property and construction sector in New Zealand, Auckland’s largest event of its kind is not to be missed!

The inaugural expo in 2017 attracted more than 100 exhibiting businesses and over 8000 visits across two days. The 2018 expo will be larger and broader in scope.
This year’s theme is “Collaboration / Innovation / Productivity”. More than a hundred businesses will gather, including mainstream and Chinese-owned property and construction companies in New Zealand, alongside investors, suppliers, contractors and consultancies from China.
On 27 July, the organisers will host a series of events including professional seminars, a summit forum and a networking dinner.
International property and construction experts will be invited to introduce the latest ideas, technologies, materials and methods. Experts, academics, government representatives and industry representatives will discuss opportunities and challenges facing the sector. The event will showcase the industry’s finest projects and most outstanding achievements, while providing opportunities to connect and exchange ideas with industry leaders.
From 28 to 29 July, this professional expo, on an unprecedented scale, will feature sections covering land development, construction, interior design and fit-outs, general building materials, bathroom fittings, kitchen equipment, floor and wall tiles and decorative building materials, lighting, furniture and home accessories, DIY tools and more. More than ten thousand visits are expected. The event will offer endless business opportunities!
